1. Who we are
- Paragonday is provided by Teal Process & Company LLC. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information for the website, web app, iOS app, widgets, iMessage features, calendar features, location and sunrise/sunset tools, and related services we make available.

2. Minimum age
Paragonday is intended for people who are at least 13 years old. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use Paragonday only with permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Information you provide
- Account information, such as name, email address, profile image, sign-in identifiers, authentication tokens, and session information, if you sign in.
- Contact and support information, such as messages, requests, feedback, survey responses, or other communications you send to us.
- App settings and preferences, such as display choices, saved locations, selected places, calendar settings, notification preferences, widget settings, and similar product settings.
- Gather, sharing, or coordination details that you choose to create, send, invite others to, or display through Paragonday surfaces.
- Any other information you choose to provide through the Service.
4. Information from connected services
- Connected-service information, such as Google OAuth permissions, account identifiers, access tokens, refresh tokens, scopes, and token metadata, if you connect Google Calendar or another service.
- If you connect Google Calendar, Paragonday accesses and temporarily processes calendar event data to show and manage your calendar in the app. This may include event titles, times, descriptions, locations, attendees, and meeting links. Paragonday does not currently store Google Calendar events on its own servers.
- Information from Apple, Google, or other platform services may be processed when you use app, widget, notification, iMessage, authentication, or calendar features, depending on the surface and permissions you grant.
5. Location data
Paragonday uses location to calculate sunrise, sunset, and sun-relative time. Depending on the surface, this may include your device’s current location, a location you search for, or a location you save. Paragonday uses location only to provide timekeeping and coordination features.
Paragonday does not sell location data or use it for advertising. Paragonday does not use location data to track where you go over time.
Some location calculations may be handled on your device, and some may require sending coordinates or a selected place to Paragonday servers or service providers so the feature can work.
6. Automatic data collection
- Device and browser information, such as operating system, device type, browser type, app version, language, time zone, screen or device settings, and similar technical details.
- Usage information, such as pages or screens viewed, features used, links clicked, approximate time of access, referring pages, logs, diagnostics, crash data, and performance data.
- Network information, such as IP address and approximate location inferred from IP address, where available.
- Cookies, local storage, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies may be used to keep the Service working, remember preferences, maintain sessions, understand traffic, detect abuse, and improve the product.
7. Cookies, analytics, and local storage
- Paragonday may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies for sign-in, preferences, saved locations, calendar/session state, security, and product functionality.
- The website uses Google Analytics to understand traffic and usage. Google Analytics may collect information such as pages visited, device/browser information, approximate location, and referral information. You can learn more about Google Analytics and opt-out options at Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Most browsers let you remove or reject cookies. If you reject cookies or clear local storage, some parts of the Service may not work correctly.
8. How we use information
- To provide, operate, maintain, debug, secure, and improve the Service.
- To authenticate users, keep sessions working, and support account or connected-service features.
- To calculate sunrise, sunset, sun-relative time, and other timekeeping outputs for selected locations.
- To display, create, update, or delete Google Calendar events when a user requests it.
- To provide widgets, notifications, alarms, iMessage, Gather, sharing, and coordination features where available.
- To respond to support requests, questions, feedback, and communications.
- To send service, security, legal, administrative, and product communications.
- To analyze usage, create aggregated or de-identified information, and improve the product and business.
- To detect, prevent, investigate, and address fraud, abuse, security incidents, illegal activity, or violations of our Terms.
- To comply with applicable law, legal process, and enforceable government requests.
9. AI/model providers
Paragonday does not currently use AI or model providers for the product. Paragonday does not permit AI providers to train models on user content.
10. Payments
Paragonday does not currently process payments. If payments are added later, we may collect or receive payment-related information through payment processors, and additional payment terms or notices will be provided before purchase.
11. How we disclose information
- Service providers that help run the product and business, such as hosting, storage, analytics, authentication, security, debugging, email, customer support, and infrastructure providers.
- Google when you choose to connect or use Google Calendar features, consistent with the permissions you grant.
- Apple, app platforms, operating-system services, notification services, mapping/location providers, or similar platform providers when needed for app, widget, iMessage, notification, alarm, authentication, location, or calendar features.
- Other users or invitees when you choose to share, invite, coordinate, or send information through a Paragonday sharing or Gather feature.
- Professional advisors, such as lawyers, accountants, auditors, bankers, and insurers, where reasonably necessary.
- Authorities, courts, law enforcement, regulators, or private parties when we believe disclosure is required or appropriate to comply with law, legal process, or to protect rights, privacy, safety, property, and security.
- Business transaction participants in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, including during related diligence.
- Affiliates, successors, or assigns for purposes consistent with this Privacy Policy.
12. Advertising and sale of data
Paragonday does not sell personal data or share it for targeted advertising. Paragonday does not sell location data or use it for advertising.
13. Data retention
- We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the Service, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and operate the business.
- Google Calendar events are not currently stored on Paragonday servers.
- Some information may remain in backups, logs, analytics, security records, or legal records for a limited period where deletion is not immediately practical or legally required.
14. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, and you use the Service at your own risk.
15. Your choices
- You can stop using Paragonday at any time.
- You can disconnect Google Calendar through your Google account permissions or Paragonday settings where available.
- You can change device permissions, including location, notifications, calendars, and app permissions, through your device or platform settings.
- You can clear cookies, local storage, browser storage, or app settings on your device, though some features may stop working correctly.
- You can contact partner@paragonday.systems to request access, correction, deletion, export, or other help with your information. We may need to verify your request before acting on it.
- You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications where we send them, but you may still receive service, security, legal, or transactional messages.
16. Do Not Track
Some browsers send “Do Not Track” signals. There is no common industry standard for responding to those signals, and Paragonday does not currently respond to them.
17. Third-party sites and services
The Service may link to or integrate with websites, calendars, maps, app platforms, APIs, and other services operated by third parties. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use.
18. International users
Paragonday is based in the United States. If you use the Service from another country, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws different from the laws where you live.
19. Children and teens
Paragonday is 13+ friendly, but it is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided information to Paragonday, contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
20. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by posting the updated policy, updating the date, or providing another notice. The updated policy applies after it is posted or otherwise made available.
